• $85/hour flat rate. No penalty rates applied for working weekends or public holidays.
• Minimum contract outside of Melbourne Metro is 38 hours over a period of five days. After the end of first week, a partial week or whole week to follow can be negotiated.
• Accommodation allowance of $400/week is required for work outside of Melbourne Metro.
• Travel costs to and from Melbourne to your site is $0.51/kilometre. Distance to customer site is measured by from/to directions of Google Earth®.
• Distances in excess of 800 kilometres are charged 100 dollars for each 800 kilometre increments or portion thereof exceeding 800 kilometres. Surcharge is to cover on road travel costs to and from customer site. For example if the distance is 800 - 1599 kilometres, the surcharge will be $200. If the distance is 1600 to 2399 kilometres, the surcharge is $400.
• Invoicing is weekly with terms net 7 days. BPAY, credit card or in person at Australia Post.

Customer is to supply a PC workstation connected to network with a version of the software installed and functioning on the PC workstation.
